The Red House is a small family run hotel. If you find that we are fully booked online, please give us a call as we may have a late cancellation.
All types of functions and weddings are catered for. Wedding packages available on request. In house disco and free bridal accommodation are offered.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Pets are not allowed.
Internet via modem is available in the business centre and is free of charge.
No deposit will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged GBP 32.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
The Red House is more than happy to accept a late check-in, although there will be a charge of 5 GBP per every hour after 23:00. Late check-out is also available upon request.
Please ensure that you enter a mobile telephone number on the booking form - this is essential in case the hotel needs to contact you.
All bedrooms are non-smoking.
Occupancy is based on 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.
We are able to offer a packed lunch for any guest (at an additional cost) which includes a sandwich, yogurt, fruit and packet of crisps.
From Junction 30 of m5, follow signs for Middlemoor. Go under the railway bridge. At the roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Pinhoe. Follow road until traffic lights are reached (Sainsbury's on the right hand side) and bear left into Pinhoe Road (signposted Whipton & University). Go past parade of shops on right, at the brow of the hill, look for the Red House Hotel tourist sign. The hotel is on the right hand side, tucked back from main road (in Whipton Village Road).
